About Our Principal
Mrs. Wendy Keeton, Principal
Mrs. Keeton has been with the district since August, 1993. She has taught business and computer class as well as being the Technology Director, UIL Coordinator and Beta Sponsor. Her and her husband have lived in Ivanhoe, TX for 37 years. She has had two children go though Sam Rayburn. Kristie Keeton Kristufek of McKinney and Gibbs Keeton of Ivanhoe. She currently has four grandchildren that reside in McKinney. She has several nieces and nephews that currently attend the district. Mrs. Keeton received her Bachelor of Science Business Administration from East Texas University in 1993. She received her Masters of Educational Administration - Texas A&M Commerce in 2006 and her Superintendent Certification from University of Texas at Tyler in 2008. She loves working with the SRISD students and staff and looks forward to working with the students, faculty, and parents in creating the best possible learning environment for the children of Sam Rayburn High School.
