TECHNOLOGY NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Technology Needs Assessment

Over the past several years Sam Rayburn ISD has accomplished a lot in the area of educational technology.  The district realizes that using technology in schools is no longer an option and we are committed to providing 21st Century tools to all students and staff.  With that in mind, we have initiated the process of updating our Three-Year District Technology Plan and would like to engage representatives of our entire community in conversation about what we are doing well and what we need to focus for the future.

The district will use it's appointed Administrators, Information Technology Director, and members of the Technology Planning Committee, which will consist of staff, parents, students and community members, to articulate the optimal characteristics that encourage technology-supported education improvement that focuses on preparing students to live, learn, and work in the 21st century.  Through "A Vision of the Future" Sam Rayburn Independent School District would like to invite our staff, students, and community to provide input via the following surveys.

Staff / Teacher Survey

Student Technology Survey

Parent / Community Member Technology Survey

The District appreciates your time and effort in completion of these surveys.

THANK YOU!
